The Black Rose Harmony: General Terms of Use (TOU)
These terms apply to the use of all voicebanks and character designs within The Black Rose Harmony collective. By downloading or utilizing any of these assets, you agree to abide by the following conditions.
1. Credits and Attribution
All The Black Rose Harmony voicebanks must be appropriately credited in the description of any work (song, cover, etc.).

Required Credit: Credit must include the voice provider's primary handle: @gabrielutau in YouTube or @DrewBennetFurUt (Twitter or main platform).

Ownership: All productions (original voicebank files, original designs, original concepts) remain the property of the voice provider unless the art made is from another user for which due credits will be given.

User Responsibility: The user is solely responsible for the content of the final work. The voice provider is not liable for any issues or repercussions resulting from the use of the voicebanks.
2. Prohibited Actions
Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the work being taken down and/or reported on social media platforms.

No Redistribution: You are not allowed to re-upload, sell, or redistribute the voicebank files under any circumstances. If you wish to share the voicebank, you must only use the official download link.

No Voice Modification: It is strictly forbidden to modify, alter, or create a new voicebank by directly editing the original audio files of the voice.

Design Claims: Users may not claim ownership or authorship of the official character designs belonging to The Black Rose Harmony. Official designs will be announced exclusively by the voice provider on official platforms.
3. Explicit and Morally Harmful Content
This section applies to the use of the voicebanks and the creation of fan content (fanart, fanfics).

Explicit Content (+18) Allowed with Caveat: Art or explicit content may be posted online, provided it does not violate general morality or legality.

Strictly Prohibited Content: The use of any The Black Rose Harmony character in content that is illegal, immoral, or harmful is strictly forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to, content involving pedophilia, bestiality, or the abuse of minors or animals. Violations of this rule will lead to public reporting on social media.

Attribution for +18 Art: If sharing explicit content, the artist must clearly state that the character is not their creation and provide the appropriate credit: "Original character creator: @GabrielUTAU or @DrewBennetFurUt."
4. Fan Creations and Collaboration

Fan Creations: You are allowed to create covers, fanart, fanfics, and other fan works using the characters, provided these terms are followed and proper credit is given.

Official Artistic Contributions: Artists wishing to create official promotional or alternate works for any member of The Black Rose Harmony must contact the voice provider privately to discuss terms and compensation. Official art will always be credited and shared publicly.
